Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Transcribe meeting minutes or other important documents accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in office management or customer support is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
